She is the Founder & C.E.O. of ‘Roccia Bliss’ which is a rapid growing multi-functional social enterprise providing its services in Thought Technology based Corporate Trainings, Motivational Speaking and Life Coaching.

Having previously worked as Head of the Department, Manager-Corporate Relations, Manager-Trainings & Placements, Chairman-Anti Ragging, Faculty Development Expert, Head-Event Organization, Counselor, Team Manager of State Level Badminton Championship, etc., she carries a rich and versatile profile in her professional life. She has been pivotal in educating and motivating the management and engineering students of B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., MCA and MBA courses.

 Through her own personal struggles, going through the stress and strain common to all professionals, she learned first-hand the transformational power derived from shifting to an optimistic attitude. She combined these personal insights with her trainings to transform people. With her participation innational/international conferences and workshops, she has conducted various faculty and personality development programmes for Central Government Departments, Engineering & Management Colleges, Corporate, Public, etc. She has trained and counseled more than a thousand of people throughout.
